Arkham Intelligence, a cryptocurrency exchange and blockchain data analytics platform, will officially launch Spot Trading services in 17 US states starting from March 1. This is an important step after the platform launched its USDT-based perpetual contract exchange last year.
Arkham's Spot Trading services will be available to users in the following states: Colorado, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Wisconsin, California, Massachusetts, and Montana.
This expansion puts Arkham in competition with USD-supported exchanges like Coinbase and Crypto.com - the two platforms that currently hold 85% of the market share in the US according to data from The Block.
Along with the Spot Trading launch news, the price of Arkham's ARKM token has increased by 11.5% in the past 24 hours, reaching $0.69. However, the ARKM price is still significantly lower than its peak of $2.63 in early December 2024.
