Foresight News reported that, according to The Wall Street Journal, the US SEC has abandoned its investigation into Uniswap Labs. Previously, the US SEC had issued a warning to Uniswap Labs in April last year, planning to take enforcement action against the company. The warning was issued in the form of a Wells Notice, which the US Securities and Exchange Commission sends to a company before initiating formal litigation, giving the company a final opportunity to rebut any allegations.
