Jun Watanabe, Chairman of Sony Block Solutions Labs, said:

LINE has already established a strong market influence, and the integration of successful mini-applications into the Soneium ecosystem will make Soneium more widespread.

It is reported that LINE has about 200 million active users in Japan, Taiwan and Thailand, and has also been actively deploying in the Web3 field in recent years. In January this year, LINE launched the decentralized application (dApp) portal Dapp Portal Taiwan, allowing users to create their own cryptocurrency wallets through the LINE mobile App and earn rewards by participating in LINE mini-games.

Its developer Amihan Entertainment has raised over $10 million in funding and plans to attract Web2 users from LINE into the crypto world through Soneium.

Puffy Match
