Over the past six months, I've gone from being an observer of Web3 to entering the payment industry. Now, I've chosen to stop and cease working on Web3 payments.

4/ 支付与验证流程
- 查看上传的文献时，$scihub 代币会被扣除，但暂时冻结。
- 点击“接受”后，代币才会转给上传者（3 天内未操作会自动接受）。

4/ Payment and verification process
- When viewing the uploaded document, $scihub tokens will be deducted but temporarily frozen.
- After clicking "Accept", the tokens will be transferred to the uploader (automatically accepted if no operation is performed within 3 days).
