According to ChainCatcher, based on Paidun monitoring, over 60 cryptocurrency hacking incidents occurred in the first quarter of 2025, with total losses reaching $1.63 billion, a 131% increase from $706 million in the first quarter of 2024.
In March 2025, 20 cryptocurrency hacking incidents took place, with losses amounting to $33.46 million, including a $5 million hacking incident affecting 1INCH, of which 90% has been recovered.
