PANews reported on April 3rd that Trump recently sent a letter to Salvadoran President Bukele, thanking him for his cooperation in combating illegal immigration and highly praising the Salvadoran government's approach of using a newly built super prison to detain Ren de Aragua and MS-13 gang members. Trump stated that Bukele demonstrated "true leadership" and invited him to visit the White House on April 14th to discuss ways of cooperation and mutual support.
