According to Foresight News, Binance founder CZ stated that he signed a memorandum of understanding with Kyrgyzstan, with both parties intending to collaborate on developing cryptocurrencies and blockchain, and described this as "promoting cryptocurrency adoption one country at a time". He also pointed out that this has prompted a head of state to join the X platform.

CZ added, "I provide formal and informal advice to some governments, helping them develop cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks and blockchain solutions, improve government efficiency, and expand blockchain beyond transactions. I find this work very meaningful."
