According to ChainCatcher, OKX President Hong was invited to attend the "2025 Hong Kong Web3 Carnival" summit, where he delivered a keynote speech titled "Learning to Lead Responsibly in Innovation". He shared how OKX Web3 leads innovation responsibly across multiple dimensions including concepts, governance, transparency, infrastructure, knowledge, and technology.
Hong stated that the current achievements of OKX Web3 wallet are based on at least 3 to 5 years of effort in construction, time accumulation, and technical frameworks. Security, interoperability, and usability are the three things they are most focused on. Especially in terms of security, they recently launched suspicious "black address" identification and monitoring to identify bad actors, and also provide developer tools. She emphasized that OKX Web3 is not seeking to be first this year, not seeking top ranking in a specific market, and not seeking to make money in a particular month or year. What they want is long-term industry participation, building a sustainable and constructive infrastructure, contributing positively, and bringing value to participants.
