The governance structure of the AB Charity Foundation includes many politicians from different countries. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is Mr. Bertie Ahern - a three-term former Prime Minister of Ireland and the main promoter of the Northern Ireland Peace Agreement. Board members include former Prime Minister of Malta Lawrence Gonzi, former Prime Minister of Hungary Péter Medgyessy, former President of Slovenia Danilo Türk, and former President of Bulgaria Petar Stoyanov.
The AB Charity Foundation is continuing to build a senior advisory team, with the participation of politicians, scientists, and celebrities from five continents, aimed at supporting global policy connections and implementing practical charitable activities. The foundation focuses on its public mission and promotes a new global volunteer model based on technology.
As the founding and technical support unit, AB DAO provides the blockchain infrastructure for the AB Charity Foundation. The public AB chain uses smart contracts to automatically extract 15%–30% of gas prices from each transaction into the charity fund and deploy a fully transparent process including: on-chain fundraising + automatic distribution + full-chain traceability + third-party audit.
