Zhao Changpeng: "WSJ paid me to write malicious articles about me"

Zhao Changpeng criticized the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) again regarding reports that he provided criminal allegations about founder Justin Sun to the government. He said, "I heard that someone paid WSJ to request an article defaming me" and "WSJ is really trying hard." Previously, the Wall Street Journal reported that when Zhao Changpeng was negotiating a sentencing deal with the government for past anti-money laundering law violations, he also agreed to provide criminal information about Justin Sun. Meanwhile, Zhao Changpeng has consistently criticized WSJ's reporting as malicious attempts to damage the cryptocurrency industry.
