According to ChainCatcher, Binance Customer Support replied to users on social platforms regarding ZEC withdrawal issues, stating, "We have noticed that some users are experiencing problems when withdrawing ZEC assets from their Binance accounts. This issue stems from a technical failure in the Ledger ZEC application, which has temporarily prevented some funds from being transferred. Currently, all funds remain safely stored in cold wallets, and user assets are secure (SAFU).
We are working closely with the Ledger team to actively resolve the issue and greatly appreciate their support. They have prioritized the release of the relevant version and expect to complete the update by April 17th, at which point we will gradually restore ZEC withdrawal functionality. In the meantime, we are also actively exploring temporary solutions to minimize the impact of this issue on users."
