According to ChainCatcher, Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal stated on X platform: "We have made half the progress: Alabama has just withdrawn its enforcement action against Coinbase - the number of states filing such erroneous staking lawsuits has been reduced by half in just two months."
Five states still choose to waste taxpayers' resources by filing lawsuits, with four of them prohibiting staking on Coinbase and depriving consumers of the right to profit on their preferred platform.
