Could you confirm whether the two sides have started negotiations?"
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun stated that these are all false messages. According to his understanding, China and the United States have not conducted consultations or negotiations on tariff issues, let alone reached an agreement. This tariff war was initiated by the U.S. side, and China's stance remains consistent and clear. If it comes to fighting, we will respond to the end; if it comes to talks, the door is open, but dialogue and negotiations must be based on equality, respect, and mutual benefit. (Jin Shi)
