3/ From my experience, I landed a job on a project that truly excited me. It involved a tool I personally used and was eager to improve. I took on a role as a content creator, honing my writing skills, which helped me grow my personal account.

4/ Step 1: Identify your strengths. A shortage of professionals doesn't guarantee an abundance of job openings. To stand out, you must outperform others. For Web3 jobs, I've identified Non-Tech and Tech roles. If you lack hard skills, now is the time to develop them.
