On May 8th, according to official sources, OKX Wallet announced support for the latest Ethereum account abstraction standard EIP-7702. Starting immediately, users can upgrade traditional Ethereum EOA accounts to smart contract accounts, seamlessly connecting with the latest DApps and protocols while maintaining compatibility with current Ethereum standards.
It is understood that EIP-7702 is a key Ethereum improvement proposal that blurs the boundaries between traditional accounts and smart contract accounts by granting EOA addresses the ability to temporarily execute smart contract code, bringing a significant breakthrough in account abstraction.
