Hong Kong Police Force: CryptoTrace, a virtual asset analysis tool, has been deployed

Planet Daily News: The Hong Kong Police Cyber Security and Technology Crime Investigation Unit (Technology Crime Unit) released a report on the security maintenance of Hong Kong's virtual asset ecosystem. Chief Superintendent Lam Cheuk-ho emphasized the importance of exchanges, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies sharing responsibility. Additionally, the Technology Crime Unit collaborated with the University of Hong Kong to develop a virtual asset analysis tool called CryptoTrace, providing advanced intelligence and investigative support for crime investigation units. Furthermore, they established a new anti-fraud team in the New Territories South Region.
