Both have ten years of experience in financial technology and digital assets, previously working at MJC Partners and BTIG. The department will provide four core services:
- Digital asset corporate listing strategy and financing;
- Cryptocurrency reserve management consulting;
- Cross-border mergers and acquisitions;
- Strategic cooperation for traditional financial institutions entering the digital market.
Company CEO Ed Tillystated that this expansion synergizes with their global brokerage business, providing real-time data and derivatives services to clients through cloud-native technology stack.
