Job requirements 1. Technical and industry experience Bachelor degree or above, with a background in computer science, electronic engineering, information systems and other related majors. Graduates from top schools are preferred. Have more than 1 year of experience in Solana smart contract development, familiar with rust language, and have practical experience in leading on-chain DEX, lending and other projects from 0-1. Those who have served as core developers or technical leaders in DeFi are preferred. 2. System architecture and business understanding-Have solid design of complex systems such as on-chain transaction matching, capital pools, liquidation mechanisms, oracle integration, etc. from 0. Understand the combination logic of CeFi and DeFi, have a good understanding of business models such as stablecoins and asset mapping, and be able to balance security, scalability and business implementation efficiency in technology selection. 3. Team management and collaboration capabilities-Have experience in leading a small technical team, and be able to set high standards in engineering management, code review, and delivery rhythm. Have excellent cross-departmental communication skills, and be able to work with product, operation, front-end and other teams to promote projects from design to launch. Results-oriented, good at disassembling complex problems and executing efficiently. 4. Project background bonus - have participated in or led the development of mainstream dex/lending/perp protocol related modules on Solana; familiarity with EVM or cross-chain protocol; understanding asset mapping, stablecoin liquidity management or perp mechanism 5. Language ability Have good communication skills in Chinese and English, and be competent in a multicultural work environment.
