Happy to pay a $1K bounty if anyone is able to provide a solution or connect us to someone at X that can resolve this. A project we are advising has been facing an issue renewing their X Premium subscription. They have been trying to renew but the payment is constantly failing. Tried numerous cards and even using Google Pay.
