The defense section will allocate an additional $150 billion to strengthen military spending; the border security section will provide $70 billion to enhance border enforcement capabilities and establish a mechanism to deport up to 1 million people annually. In healthcare policy, the bill will tighten Medicaid application eligibility; the tax section will continue the corporate and individual tax cuts introduced in 2017, eliminate several green energy subsidies, and raise the state and local tax deduction cap from $10,000 to $40,000, a change that will primarily benefit high-income individuals.
