According to ChainCatcher, DWF Ventures posted on X platform that "Since the launch of Binance Alpha in December 2024, over 190 projects have been listed, with more than 70% of projects currently having a market value below $50 million. MEME coins and AI tokens dominate, with DeFi projects ranking third. The number of MEME coins and AI agency projects exceeds the total of all other on-chain tracks. Solana is the most commonly used public chain for selected projects, followed by BNB Chain and Ethereum.
Approximately 10% of Alpha projects successfully transitioned to the spot market, with a total of 19 projects achieving spot listing. DeFi and MEME coins have the highest success rate of transitioning to the spot market. Projects moving from Alpha to the spot market typically have active social media buzz, high trading volume, and a leading position in popular on-chain sub-sectors."
