I'm guessing it's a combination of:
1. Burnout
2. Algorithm has changed - ppl have to work harder for less eyeballs
3. Other opportunities open up
4. Crypto isn't as fun as it used to be
It's hard to keep the energy up after several years.

Back then when you join Crypto Twitter (CT), you will be greeted with high quality content from notable threadors. They shared insights on the state of the crypto market, project fundamentals, and breakdowns of dense and technical white
You see this happen across all mediums. OG YouTubers dominate for a few years, then a new generation takes over. And it repeats.
But you just hope the OGs are in a better place, rather than broke and no longer relevant
Another idea is some ppl work like lions.
Lions sleep most of the day, and hunt when there's opportunity. So when markets are choppy and slow, they're out living life.
When market's are hot, then they become more active again.

also think burnout is largely a myth, it’s mostly caused by an underlying cause rather than the excessive work, fixing the psychological issues greatly reduces the chance of it occurring due to working non stop 7 days a week
