On July 8, a Deutsche Bank survey conducted in June showed that American consumers are the largest user group of cryptocurrencies, primarily consisting of males and young, wealthy individuals.
Last month, the cryptocurrency adoption rate in the United States was 17%, higher than 11% in the UK and 10% in the EU. Among the young population aged 18-34 in the United States, the cryptocurrency adoption rate increased from 24% in January to 29% in June, mainly attributed to the optimistic market sentiment about Trump's potential cryptocurrency policy prospects.
Among US respondents, wealthy individuals accounted for 32% of cryptocurrency adopters. Additionally, 23% of American males reported using cryptocurrencies for payment or personal investment, compared to 13% of females. Male consumers generally believe they have a deeper understanding of cryptocurrencies compared to females. (Jinshi)
