According to ChainCatcher, based on the a16z official blog, the top-tier US venture capital firm a16z announced that it will relocate the registration of its main business entity, AH Capital Management, from Delaware to Nevada.
Three partners of the institution jointly wrote that Delaware's Court of Chancery has become increasingly subjective in recent years, undermining the business community's trust in its "gold standard" judicial system. a16z emphasized that it will continue to invest in Delaware-registered companies but believes that tech founders should reevaluate their choice of registration location.
