On August 31st, @mlmabc reported that a prominent Bitcoin whale, known for its high-profile ETH swaps, had sold 7,000 BTC (approximately $759 million) and purchased 171,791.84 ETH (approximately $773 million) in the past 46 hours. He still holds 3,000 BTC (approximately $325 million) in an address beginning with 169qY, and is likely swapping this for ETH.
The whale also holds 46,816 BTC (approximately $5.07 billion) in its wallet. Based on previous activity, another 14,495 BTC (approximately $1.57 billion) may be swapped for ETH, but the fate of the remaining 32,321 BTC (approximately $3.5 billion) remains unknown. Overall, it appears he intends to convert all of his holdings. This is speculation, not investment advice, and the whale's true intentions are unclear.
As of now, in the past 11 days, he has sold 34,110 BTC (about US$3.7 billion) and purchased 813,298.84 ETH (about US$3.66 billion).
