EigenCloud launches EigenAI and EigenCompute to address AI trust challenges

Mars Finance reported on September 30th that EigenCloud officially announced the launch of EigenAI and EigenCompute on mainnet Alpha, providing verifiable computing capabilities for AI. Developers can run applications on traditional technology infrastructure and cutting-edge large models (LLMs), while obtaining the same security and transparency guarantees as smart contracts. EigenAI provides a verifiable LLM reasoning API to ensure that prompts and models are not tampered with and that responses are trusted and programmable. It is compatible with the OpenAI API, supports cutting-edge open source LLMs and tool calls, and provides low-latency access. EigenCompute is a verifiable off-chain computing service that allows developers to run complex logic in a trusted execution environment (TEE) while maintaining on-chain security and integrity. Future plans include support for multiple verifiability options, including EigenLayer cryptoeconomic security and zero-knowledge proofs.
