Junk.Fun, a new platform launched by Bonk and backed by Manta , will give a “second chance” to millions of forgotten memecoins in the Solana ecosystem. Junk.Fun will turn users’ worthless Token into a criterion for attractive prizes, including SOL and new project Airdrop .
The explosion of memecoin trends on Solana over the years has created millions of Token, but most of them have become worthless or no longer liquidation for trading. Junk.Fun wants to solve this problem, while creating activities to increase interaction and cultivate Solana ’s on-chain culture.
Exchange old Token for new opportunities
Junk.Fun allows investors on Solana to "clean up" (permanently burn) liquidation memecoins, community activities, to receive gift boxes containing reward points. Users can then use the reward points to participate in lucky draws to receive SOL, physical rewards such as iPhones, Non-Fungible Token or other special prizes in the future such as new Token Airdrop . In the first month of operation, Junk.Fun will set aside a reward fund of up to 50,000 USD.
The project hopes that this approach will help turn forgotten parts of the Solana ecosystem into a unique social activity, where participants can compete, receive reward points and climb the rankings, while working together to clean up and breathe new life into the memecoin sector.
Gamifying the Recycling of Memecoins
Every time a user burns a Token through Junk.Fun, a portion of the transaction fee will be allocated to a reward pool by the project, meaning the more participants, the larger the corresponding reward pool. Early participants will also be able to create referral links, providing an easy gateway for others, as well as the opportunity to increase the reward points multiplier that can be earned.
Junk.Fun will be "invite-only" for the first 48 hours of operation, allowing key opinion leaders and community managers in Solana to introduce users to the platform and drive engagement.
