Why ASTER may not recover like Hyperliquid. I'm seeing posts comparing ASTER to Hyperliquid in April 2025, as both Hyperliquid and Aster do buybacks. This is misleading. You want to look at daily buybacks and emissions at the same time. Aster has 2.4m of daily buybacks, but over 4.8m of daily emissions. So despite the buybacks, there's around 2.41m of tokens that need to be purchased per day just to keep emissions at 0. Buybacks are helping, but token emissions exceed buybacks significantly. This is just my opinion though, and could be wrong.
