According to Foresight News , Monad co-founder Keone Hon announced that the Monad testnet will be upgraded from behavior revision MONAD_SIX [v0.11.6-tn1] to MONAD_SEVEN [v0.12.0] at 21:30 today. This upgrade enables the following behavior changes: opcode/precompiled contract pricing (increased gas costs for cold storage access; increased costs for certain precompiled contracts). Monad will complete all expected behavior changes before mainnet launch, and a full changelog will be released soon.
