MegaETH CSO: Ethereum should focus on maintaining decentralization and should not abandon these characteristics for the sake of competition.

According to Foresight News , MegaETH Chief Strategy Officer namik tweeted, "MegaETH's value depends on Ethereum's success. This means Ethereum must act as a highly decentralized settlement layer to justify MegaETH's more centralized block production model. My concern is that if the policy window shifts towards supporting centralized L1, the trade-offs that were initially built on MegaETH will become meaningless. I believe Ethereum should focus on maintaining its decentralized nature, rather than sacrificing these characteristics to compete with fast centralized L1. At the same time, I believe that for MegaETH to truly succeed, it needs to explore entirely new design spaces in application scenarios where Ethereum L1 doesn't exist. This is indeed beneficial to both sides, but more importantly, it demonstrates the rationale behind the architectural trade-offs."
