Bybit and Tether promote blockchain education in Vietnam with "Ring the Web3 Bell" contest
Bybit , the world's second largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume , has partnered with Tether to host the "Ring the Web3 Bell" program, a Web3 education initiative in Da Nang from October 16 to 25, 2025.
The competition aims to spread knowledge about blockchain and digital assets to university students through questions and entertaining interactive activities. The program is designed to promote creativity, learning and popularization of Web3 information among Vietnamese youth, as well as increase cooperation between universities, businesses and government agencies.
New milestone for Web3 education in Vietnam
The "Web3 Bell Ringing" contest was held at Danang University, with more than 300 participants, including students, lecturers, representatives of businesses, media, and representatives of Danang Department of Science and Technology. The program includes 3 phases:
1. Open online registration (October 16-21): attracted more than 340 students to register for the exam.
2. Online qualifying round (October 21): more than 200 candidates participated in the qualifying round, with the 100 names with the best results participating in the final round.
3. Offline final round (October 25): 100 excellent candidates who passed the qualifying round will participate in the "Golden Bell" contest, Web3 version, testing their blockchain knowledge in front of the judges and other competitors.
This collaboration between Bybit and Tether demonstrates a commitment to promoting blockchain education and nurturing the next generation of Web3 talent. The competition also demonstrates Da Nang as a leading center of technological innovation in the Central region.
