According to ChainCatcher, citing the Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily, at the 2025 Global Digital Commerce Conference, Shanghai and Singapore announced their cooperation achievements in mutual recognition of digital identity and electronic authentication documents, launched the Mineral Data Export Standard Innovation Consortium, unveiled the Shanghai Blockchain Innovation Fund, and launched blockchain letter of credit application scenarios.
Meanwhile, Shanghai Data Group and the National Academy of Data Development jointly compiled and released the "White Paper on the Construction and Operation of Trusted Data Spaces in Industries Based on Unified Data Infrastructure".
