However, in most smaller companies they'll just have vibe coders, and then outsource maintanence work to devs.
In more medium size companies, there will be vibe coders (replacing juniors) + senior devs who know vibe coding.
Larger companies will be a mix, however the company will demand 90%+ of the technical team to be proficient at vibe coding for reasons of efficiency. And very solid leads will lead them.
That future is 2-3 years away.
