The left loves to complain that trickle-down economics doesn’t work. But they never want to discuss TRICKLE-UP economics, the relentless transfer of wealth to the rich through inflation. They talk about taxing the wealthy, yet ignore the biggest tax they could put on the wealthy - ending inflation. A tax which that doesn't test the Laffer Curve and is a massive benefit to the poor. Why don’t they discuss this? Because it requires facing their fantasy economics of "free stuff", where budgets don’t matter and money printing has no consequences. Instead, they keep the train going and pretend they are the nice guys by offering welfare, but really they are just keeping the poor trapped and defending it with slogans. This is why you can't take any of them seriously, by refusing to deal with inflation, they’re actively fuelling the thing they rage against, making the rich richer while everyone else gets poorer. How do I know this? I am an asset holder, inflation makes me more money than going to work.
