Upbit: Hot wallet storage ratio is 1.67%, which will be gradually reduced to 0%.

According to Foresight News , Dunamu, the operator of the South Korean exchange Upbit, announced that its hot wallet storage ratio is 1.67%, while its cold wallet storage ratio is 98.33%. Under the Virtual Asset User Protection Act, virtual asset service providers must store at least 80% of their customers' digital assets in cold wallets. Upbit's cold wallet retention rate has consistently remained above 98%, far exceeding this standard, while its hot wallet retention rate has remained stable at around 1%. As part of its efforts to strengthen its overall security system, Upbit has completed a review and comprehensive overhaul of its wallet system and plans to reduce the hot wallet ratio to 0% in the future.
