Two former executives of the blockchain video streaming network Theta Labs, Jerry Kowal and Andrea Berry, have filed separate whistleblower lawsuits in California, accusing the company and its CEO, Mitch Liu, of long-term fraudulent token manipulation, misleading partnership promotions, and retaliation against internal whistleblowers. The lawsuits allege that Liu, through Theta Labs and its parent company, Silver VR Technologies, used false or highly misleading "partnerships" to inflate the price of THETA tokens and conducted undisclosed internal token sales.
