France continues to lead on a pragmatic and innovation-forward stance on Euro Stablecoins.  Welcome comments from President Macron.  It should not be surprising that we Choose France as our European HQ and home to the issuance of EURC, the largest Euro Stablecoin in the market.

Macron's imbalance piece had a surprising line  - stablecoins & CBDC should co-exist:
"Europe should also seek to reinforce the international role of the euro through the development of euro stablecoins and the introduction of a digital euro""
We shall see if ECB agrees in 2026.
