cat is very sure that spending 1B usdc to pump the coin has indeed caused the coin to be strong
but otherwise yes, cats always wanted to create a proposal of gathering just a couple days of revenue (which would easily be like 5-10M usdc)
and spend it for marketing purposes

this is something that a bunch of .hl are not going to like to hear
spending ~$1 billion on $HYPE buy backs had zero long term effect on price
coinbase, robinhood, nasdaq are all entering perps on crypto and equity
that revenue should have been spent on growing a strong
there is a very obvious distinction of hype "omg it went back to January prices"
versus every other coin making new lows every week
