🚨🇺🇸🇻🇪 CIA CARRIED OUT DRONE STRIKE INSIDE VENEZUELA... IT'S THE FIRST KNOWN U.S. ATTACK ON VENEZUELAN SOIL Trump wasn't bluffing. The CIA struck a port facility on the Venezuelan coast earlier this month, CNN reports, targeting a remote dock allegedly used by the gang Tren de Aragua to store drugs and load them onto boats. No casualties. The facility was empty. U.S. Special Operations Forces provided intelligence support. Trump hinted at it twice but wouldn't confirm details. On Monday: "We hit all the boats, and now we hit the area. It's the implementation area. That is no longer around." Asked if the military or CIA was responsible: "I know exactly who it was, but I don't want to say." Now we know. One source called it "largely symbolic" since it's just one of many trafficking ports. It attracted almost no attention even inside Venezuela. But symbolic or not, this is a major escalation. Trump expanded CIA authorities for Latin America operations earlier this year. Until now, strikes were only authorized against boats at sea, not targets on land. Secretary Hegseth: "These narcoterrorists are the al Qaeda of our hemisphere. And we are hunting them with the same sophistication and precision that we hunted al Qaeda." The CIA is now conducting strikes inside Venezuela. Source: CNN
