Did the same about 6 months ago. Just because I’m nearly 50 and want to be around for my kids. No fundamental anti drinking theories. Hasn’t made a noticeable difference for me, not a magic bullet. But I know it’s the right decision.

Today marks 5 years since I stopped drinking alcohol.
One of the best decisions I have ever made.
