did you know that in Argentina’s federal elections, each political party is responsible for printing its own ballots? parties must print millions of paper ballots and physically distribute them to thousands of polling stations across the country in 2023 some stations ran out of ballots and voters were stuck for hours waiting for electoral authorities to replenish them Argentina has been doing it this way for over 100 years (with some minor improvements) doesn't that seem insane in this day and age?
