Take away X monetization. It has darkly twisted the incentive to post.
Posting should be for love of the game, earnest expression of self and ideas connecting with others.
This is what made the early internet great. Not to get paid per click.

The problem with X right now is that they gave people those monetization options, so now they are trying to figure out ways to make that system fair.
It is hurting the product now just because it is needlessly gamified.
