Today, several crypto exchage, including Binance, Gate.com, and BitMart, announced the listing of the stablecoin United Stables (U). Previously, Huobi HTX had already listed U on December 18th, simultaneously launching a wealth management program offering annualized returns of up to 20% .
United Stables (U) positions itself as a next-generation stablecoin built for trading, payments, wealth management, and AI-native ecosystems, reintegrating liquidity scattered across different chains and assets. It is currently listed on BNB Chain and Ethereum, with a total issuance of 409 million tokens.
In the current highly competitive stablecoin market, United Stables has quickly attracted community attention, mainly because it has received endorsements from two of the most influential figures in the crypto—CZ and Justin Sun Since BNB Chain announced the launch of its new stablecoin on December 16th, the community has noticed that both CZ and Justin Sun have followed the official United Stables X account, causing its popularity to surge rapidly.

On December 18th, crypto blogger "Lion Brother from Australia" posted that CZ mentioned stablecoins extensively during his AMA that day, and hinted that United Stables (U) is a second-generation stablecoin. These signs have led the market to speculate that CZ may have a deep connection with the United Stables project.
Interestingly, Athena Y, co-founder of United Stables, also comes from the "Binance system." According to Athena Y's personal account introduction, she is the co-founder of the UNDP's "Make in Africa" initiative and the co-founder of the stablecoin payment project Wello (supported by BNB Chain). The community has also uncovered another undisclosed identity of hers: Athena Y previously served as the Executive Director of the Binance Charitable Foundation (BCF), conducting numerous charitable activities in Africa.
While CZ's support for United Stables (U) remained largely verbal, Justin Sun provided substantial subsidies. On the day United Stables (U) launched, Huobi launched a 20% annualized return investment program. On December 19th, Justin Sun personally promoted the stablecoin U via livestream with several KOLs; the cover image featured an animated image of him and CZ holding a "U".
The images of these two were exactly what they wore when they participated in government activities together in Pakistan on December 11-12. On that day, CZ and Justin Sun posed for photos with regulatory officials. CZ was appointed as a strategic advisor to the Pakistan Crypto Commission, while Huobi received compliance approval from local regulators. Afterwards, the two were also arranged to travel together in a car.

What makes United Stables (U) so special that it has won the favor of CZ and Justin Sun?
United Stables (U) can be described as a stablecoin among stablecoins. According to the official description, U is fully backed 1:1 by the US dollar and audited major stablecoins such as USDT, USDC, and USD1. U also features real-time on-chain Proof-of-Reserve (PoR) and monthly audits. This structure not only enhances liquidity and reduces volatility of the collateralized assets but also ensures users can always redeem their assets quickly and transparently.
The total supply of United Stables (U) is 409 million, all of which are now in circulation. According to DeFiLama data , although United Stables (U) supports both the BSC and Ethereum chains, its entire supply is currently issued on BSC.
In terms of ecosystem integration, U has integrated support for the vast majority of BSC ecosystem applications, including mainstream DeFi protocols such as PancakeSwap, Aster, Four.meme, and ListaDAO. Users can directly trade, stake, lend, and provide liquidity on-chain. Regarding wallet support, Binance Wallet, Trust Wallet, and SafePal are all available on U.
United Stables has stated that "U is born for the AI era," but no specific project progress has been disclosed yet.
