The report shows that self-mined hashrate increased to 55.2 EH/s, total self-owned hashrate deployment reached 58 EH/s, while expanding the Mining Rig fleet and boosting the GPU cloud segment with estimated recurring revenue of approximately $10 million per year.

Bitcoin mining performance and hashrate scaling
In December 2025, Bitdeer mined 636 Bitcoin , an increase of approximately 339% year-on-year and a 21% increase compared to the previous month.
The company's self-mined hashrate increased to 55.2 EH/s, while the total self-owned hashrate deployment reached 58 EH/s. These figures reflect the expansion of operational capacity during the reporting month, focused on the self-mining segment.
Bitdeer stated that it is continuing to replace older third-party Mining Rig rigs with SEALMINER models. As a result, the company's owned Mining Rig fleet has increased to 211,000 machines, supporting its goal of improving efficiency and control over its mining infrastructure.
GPU cloud: H100/H200/B200 deployment, GB200 testing.
In the GPU cloud segment, Bitdeer has deployed 1,152 H100/H200/B200 GPUs, with a utilization rate of 61% and annual recurring revenue (ARR) of approximately $10 million.
The company also deployed eight GB200 GPUs in Malaysia for Proof-of-Concept (POC) testing. Bitdeer plans to officially launch its related cloud services on its website in January 2026.
