According to Foresight News , Morpho team member albist announced on Discord that the Morpho Discord server will switch to read-only mode starting February 1st. To provide more secure and reliable support, all official support and contact channels have now been integrated into the Morpho Help page and its chat window.
Morpho co-founder Merlin Egalite stated, "Discord is actually rife with scammers. Even with strict monitoring and security measures, users still encounter phishing attacks when seeking answers. We recently tested Intercom, which makes support work easy: it has everything from instant translation and a help center to AI support bots and ticket management."
