According to a report by PRNewswire on January 16, TechFlow market Slips has completed a $3.5 million seed funding round, led by Las Olas Capital and Sunset Bay Capital, with participation from investors including Andrew Schwartzberg, co-owner of the NBA's Charlotte Hornets and Leeds United.
Slips is a social-first peer-to-peer betting platform where users bet directly against each other rather than against the bookmaker. The platform offers Heads Up, Pools, Tourlays, and an AI-generated peer-to-peer prediction marketplace, and supports geolocation-based grouping for bars, stadiums, and private clubs.
