They explained that the conversion of traditional financial assets such as stocks, bonds, real estate, and commodities into blockchain-based tokens could significantly improve liquidity and accessibility.
The report identified regulatory clarity and institutional infrastructure as key prerequisites for the full-scale expansion of the tokenization market. The analysis suggests that once legal status, accounting standards, custody, and payment infrastructure are established, large institutional investors, including pension funds, asset management companies, and global banks, are likely to inflow.
