According to Gate data, as reported by Odaily Odaily, New York gold futures touched $5,100 per ounce, up 2.41% on the day.
Gold and silver futures rose in early trading this week, with some traders hoping for a new round of record-breaking rallies. Peter Cardillo, chief market strategist at Spartan Capital Securities, said in a report, "Gold and silver are both rising, and precious metals are consolidating and gathering momentum, potentially laying the foundation for another bull market and a push for new all-time highs. We recommend buying on dips."
