MEXC supports the launch of HBA's "Blockchain Technology Application Handbook" to develop digital human resources in Vietnam.
MEXC , the world's fastest-growing digital asset exchange, participated as a strategic partner in the launch of the "Blockchain Technology Application Handbook" by the Ho Chi Minh City Blockchain Association (HBA), under the Ho Chi Minh City Electronic Media Association, which took place on February 8th. This strategic partnership affirms MEXC 's position as a long-term ecosystem partner in Vietnam, committing to promoting blockchain education, accessibility, and sustainable talent development.
The launch ceremony was held at Nguyen Van Binh Book Street, Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of representatives from government-affiliated digital transformation centers, universities, industry organizations, and blockchain businesses. This handbook was published to support Vietnam's national strategy of becoming a regional blockchain technology hub by 2030. The government has outlined a comprehensive action plan focusing on five key areas: improving the legal environment, developing blockchain infrastructure and the industry, training human resources, promoting blockchain applications, and boosting research, innovation, and international cooperation.
This handbook is the first localized educational resource in Vietnam, designed specifically for students, working professionals, and researchers interested in entering the blockchain field. Instead of focusing on market speculation, this publication provides foundational knowledge encompassing blockchain principles, practical applications, and a legal perspective relevant to the Vietnamese context. By simplifying technical terminology and presenting content in an accessible way, the handbook addresses a crucial gap in standard blockchain education – offering beginners and non-technical users a systematic path to understanding the potential and applications of this technology.
At the launch event, Ms. Tran So Ky, Operations Director of MEXC in Vietnam, Chia during the discussion session on Human Resources & Education:
