Vault is filled with 700 sol. Out of speculation it seems upgrade is going to work out. Since launch the team has added only 5 sol, as a test run. Now they add 700 sol. Seems things probably passed.
If you look at the dev wallet transactions as well JITO labs has been being paid which is a Solana validator. I can feel we are close
